st andrew's hall - rumored to be closing, they had THE best booking in the biz for 20-plus years. saw too many shows to mention here - thousands-like the first-ever detroit RATM show, NIN, albert collins, alice in chains, a secret soundgarden show, the swans..ach it goes on. maybe i'll start tagging this with all of em i can remember

secret soundgarden show? ahhhh! and me listening to their cds in mxc... alicia en cadenas, that was MY era... yeah! i've heard many many barking stories from this place, you know told them to me, huh? the best concerts barker ever saw also said were here, probably some with you by his stinky side

not enough with perro. but, yes for some reason every band worth its salt stopped in detroit, and st andy's used to fit the ones who were on the cusp of being huge w/o anyone going too crazy for them yet. tooo many great shows and even the bad ones fun
