"In Europe, the chemicals are controlled by the system of REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals). As REACH has become a law in Europe, the sellers who are into selling any kind of hazardous and harmful chemicals to the general public should generate REACH Safety Data Sheets along with the products.
Either electronically or in a paper leaflet along the product, the safety precautions should be provided with every dangerous chemical sold. The REACH Safety Data Sheets should be updated once the authorization of the chemical gets accepted or rejected by the REACH or if any restrictions are imposed on the same.
