Thx guys. After the upload I've noticed there is a bit too much yellow in the picture :-P

You could adjust the white balance a bit, I guess, but the skin tone looks reasonably natural. The framing and bokeh is very good, which really makes the shot.

Very nice, but at some clvrmnky mentions, it's too yellow... Have you tried with levels or curves... or a photo filter in PS?
