The statue looks a bit washed out or overexposed. If it has more tones, I think it will have a better contrast against the blue sky.

I am using my laptop with low-quality screen now, so I might be wrong.

No at all, I think you're right, more tones would be increase a lot the impact; I couldn't make it though, perhaps the harsh noon linght? he he he.... I just saw that sky and I had to make a choice, so I went for the fierce face, rather that anything else. Thanks!!!
