Someday I'd like to post the colour version. I'm curious what will be the reaction of all of you, guys. Honestly... for me, I cannot say which one I like more. It was incredibly cool lighting that morning :D

colour can warm the soul but then you have a conflict between it and the light... of course this can also be beautiful

But b&w opens the eyes to the lighting and makes you appreciate in a different way. When the distraction of colour is removed from the equation then light, tone and texture reign and in my humble view this is why this is such a superb image :>))

Your "humble view" is in fact very close to my feelings, when I decided to turn it in b&w. ... I wanted to see just the light, without the warmth of the leaves :)
