Haaha, Volk, this is a part of the old tradition in connection to the martenitsas. When the Spring came, we remove and tie them to a blossomed fruit tree. It's a symbol of wishes for luck, fruitful year, lot of health, sun, love and happiness.
So, the poor little thing is just where it has to be :D
The poor bee says "Bloody wasp!" because it is ... aaa.. "Bloody HELL!" in bees' language :D
