Heey, guys, you're excellent!!!
You almost guessed the plant supposing it's rather a place where ducks can (probably) enjoy! :D

The place is a 'estuary' of a small river just a few meters from the Black Sea. Good place for growing the water lentils, family Lemnaceae, also known as duckweeds .

(btw, it was not very clean though, as you can see >:/ )
