I`d love to read the book about the former residents and what happened behind these walls during the last 100+ years.

I am not sure that ever will be a book about this special house (it deserves a book of fairytales, at least).

What we know recently, the current owner is selling the house for 15 million Euros. And with a special requirement - the house to be re-novated after the sale in its original view.

I read the story three times now and still fell somehow irritated. So maybe sometimes it´s better there is no book, but on the other hand maybe exactly the opposit would be the right choice. I don´t know.

Anyway, let´s buy it and use it as 23hq club house! :)
