actually they are made of a banana, some flour, some milk, a bit of chocolate and som artificial sweetner. They were realy good:-)

yuuuuuuuuuummmm.. but.. why the artificial sweetner? next time try apple juice instead of it if you don't want to use sugar ;) works really well for me (:
