Steps everywhere. The architechs back in Copenhagne based Charlotte Amalie on another old Danish town Christiania (Now Oslo). What they didn't know was, that Charlotte Amalie was founded on a very slopy area and street could not be layed as wished for. Steps had to be introduced everywhere, as no one would go against the architechs in Copenhagen.
