This picture was taken on top of a parking garage. The green light was actually there. Maybe the camera made it a bit more intensive. But i did not modify the image, it's just resized for 23hq.

Is there any reason for the green light? I'm just curious because I've never seen something like that.
And where in the world was this taken?

May be the neon-light above changed the white balance. Look at the new picture "green light" in my gallery. These are the same lights.

It a place germany, in a city called erlangen.
