Resume: Monday (day 2) and Tuesday morning (day 3). After the 2nd start the teams first trekked from 08:00 to 17:00 on Monday, second they biked a long MTB section until 07:00 Tuesday morning. Now they are out on a long trekking again. The weather has been very bad with thick fog. During the night the visibility has only been a few meters (2-3 m) when the teams biked steep downhill on small tracks. One of the Danish teams lost their fourth team member in the foggy night. It appears that he followed the wrong team after they had visiting a checkpoint.

After 2/3 of the MTB section FJS passed Explore. One team member from Explore seemed to be in bad condition according to the report from the field. This was earlier this night. No more reports about the team is known at the moment.

On the third stage, trekking, FJS left the transition area 1,5 hour before Lundhags. FJS had then skipped one bonus checkpoint and Lundhags had visit them all. Lundhags is still heading for all the checkpoints. The race time of the leading teams is now some hours after the ideal time (estimated by the race director) and it is assumed the top teams must soon start to make decision not to head for all the bonus checkpoints.
