What is this special processing of your photos!? (or this is simply the camera makes it) looks like paintings! like it!

This is HDR.
High dynamic Range.
If you want know this method:

Yoo can make hdr photo with Photoshop CS and plugin Adobe Camera raw or

No but is a nice composition.
HDR is special for the water, for the sea, generally for every reflected area...
