yes, I like b&w - from others - but for my picts I end up (almost) always preferring the color version!

No, I think it might be your crop.

Here the roundness of her shoulder kind
of draws attention to her cheek.

The freckles on your [niece?] are okay
in B&W but I think they look less stark
in colour. Personally I like freckles, they
always mean summer to me.

Very tender picture anyway.
