Isn't he though, Atom? He is the child of my roommates. Though I love kids, wasn't sure how it'd be with a baby in the house. Turns out having this one here has been pure joy. Never seen a child with a better personality than this guy!

As for what I've been up to--well. I've been up to my neck in reading! I am one of the readers for this program http://www.barnesandnoble.com/awards/index.asp?PID=17910&z=y&cds2Pid=17903&linkid=1009483

We read in cycles--approx. 2 months on and 4-5 weeks off. I did it full time for 3 1/2 years. And then I had to take a break for a while. Went back to it a reading cycle ago and am just about to finish up another. We (the reading panel) meet once a week to discuss/report on what we've read. I enjoy being part of it, but man it's intense. In terms of how much work is involved. There are about 20 of us on the panel and we go through anywhere from 135-175 books in 8 weeks. Not everybody reads everything, but by the end I am fried. So, been doing my "homework" this weekend.

I did take a 'homework' break to watch the Red Sox game today though! Can't skip baseball for heaven's sake!! :)) And they won--woohoo!!
