these are hokkaido squash gnocchi, from what I tend to call The Great Squash Gnocchi Catastrophe - a recipe which didn't work at all, we ended up adding triple he amount of flour given and it still was a mess. This is the final product after lots and lots of fiddling and cursing ;)

well it was more or less okay, but not convincing, since the squash was overpowered by flour in the end, but some sage butter on top improved the flavor tremendously :-)
