nellyb: yes they do, mostly. In winter only a few stay, the rest gets a cosy place in a storage shed, or the winter storms will sweep them into the ocean. But under normal weather conditions and from spring to about end of October, these stay on the beach. They can be rented on an hourly basis or for a day (or longer), when you open them up you can sit very comfy.
