I use doubletake! Haven't got as good results as this though, this is ace.

Ethan, thanks :-) all you really need is consistent lighting (or a lot of fiddling with the output). If you have an emulator or a windows box try autostitch, it is freeware and awesome - but runs on win (or wine under linux)
