I'm sorry, this was in the window of a pastry shop, no exact recipe. The chocolate mini cups are prefabricated, there is a standard espresso chocolate truffle filling (aka ganache) inside and they are topped with mni meringues, baked separately and stuck on top with a dab of liquid choc, as far as I remember
