oh the texture looks smooth and perfect!
do you knead this bread by hand or machine?

the original recipe asks for an electric stand-mixer, I used a hand-held one for the initial stage and then kneaded by hand. The texture is mostly due to rolling up the dough jelly-roll syle before putting single "rolls" next to each other into the pan.

i like japanese white bread, is this kind, right? is very soft and fluffy
yours looks very good!
the only time i tried to bake white bread of this kind i kneaded it a lot with my hands, and after all it came out very hard anyway :( and i was really tired... thanks for the tips! i will try it
