What happended here?

Fair question: It is not an "actual" event, but only a staged happening.
It is part of an event from a youth organisation designed to train young people as journalists. The older youngsters organise 10 events during one evening, and the younger ones are journalists who show up and report from the happenings. Here we borrowed an old car, emptied it from gasoline and other fluids, and turned it around as part of a fake demonstration.

Which youth organisation?

Are you a photojournalist or studying to become one?

It's called FDF (Danish abreviation for the Volunteer Boy and Girl Association), and this event is organised by a local group.

I am neither, but like taking pictures a lot :-)

Ahh, FDF. I've heard about it but I never really found out what it is besides being kind of a boy/girl scout organisation(correct me if I'm wrong).

Ditto on the pictures thing :-)
