The Benefits of Meditation

Studies investigating the effects of Meditation have shown that regular daily practice of Transcendental Meditation can decrease a persons biological age, reduce their chance of dying from a heart attack or stroke and increase their intelligence and creativity. The science showed that long term meditators, those practicing TM for 5+ years, showed a 12 year decrease in biological age.
