They are both contesting for the General Elections representing the Democratic Party from the COlombo District. Danuna Tillakaratne played an integral role in the General's Presidential Election campaign in 2010 and also has played an important, albeit silent role in furthering the political cause of the Democratic party since the party's inception. He too is committed to eradicate corruption, establish good governance and bring about economic prosperity to the motherland. |
