You have some beautiful photos here and clearly a lot of thought went into the design concepts as well as the incorporation of the logo. I would add just a few comments and/or suggestions. The photos along the lines of "you run the label" to me, help more clearly define the concept and have a stronger call to action.
If the goal is to get a lot of traffic to the site from 17-24 year olds who think the really should be running EMI etc. than maybe consider a photo shoot of that? These "band kids" taking over with their feet up on the desks, bands playing on the table in the boardrooms, DJ spinning by the coffee machine, etc.? Just a thought? Maybe focus group it out to see what these targets think visually when they close their eyes and think if they truly ran the labels?
