Yes, and quite a work-horse, too. Unfortunately, this one suffers from the same ailment many old K1000s get in their old age: the light meter is dead.

So, when I take this out for a spin, I have to remember the "Sunny 16" rule and hope for the best.

Recently my Nikon D80 crashed and has been sent to the manufacturer for servicing (and cleaning, while they are at it) so, for now, this is my only camera!

That was my first film camera. It finally got to the point that it would not advance the film so I gave up on it. It got a lot of use before that though. Now I love my Rebel XT.
