I give blood. At first I was impressed by the the nurse. She injected the needle and I could'nt feel any pain. "Well, that is because I have done this for a lot of years now!" She said. But this is how it looks today. I talked to a doctor and he said it looks worse than it is. I'll wait a week and see if it get better....

...perhaps could be a good idea to report that nurse don't you think?

...try the arnica dear.. wont hurt you and it's realy good for this kind of hematomas...

hi claus, i hope by now your arm is better
i used to work at the san diego blood bank (as a designer) and they 'friendly' asked us (the employees) to give blood, i have seen many bruises before like this one, and i think Migger is right, gonna fall soon! hope you are learning to shot with 1 hand, and oh well you have your marvelous nokia phone to photograph single-handed huh? fun!

oh btw what a nice thing to do! to give blood :) very nice of you, after working at the BB i learnt to appreciate donors :))

The arm is perfectly okay now. Thanks to you, and the rest of the aboves, concern :-)
It's really not a big deal giving blood. I enjoy it because they send a car to pick me up. And another one to send me home (when I'm done drinking free sodas or fruit juice) after giving blood.
