Yeah, this is a nice spot by the lakes... Sat there a couple of weeks ago with Graugart and talked about the current world situation ;-)

migger, watch out! the air around the lakes is extremely polluted by all the cars around. stay out on the island :-)

I do most of my running on Amager - Kalvebod Fælled to be exact, but twice a week I get to run while at work. Actually the air is fine as long as you stay on the north side of the lakes.

Finishing is victory :-) Hm, I *did* plan to run cph this year but short time after I started training I didn't really feel the enthusiasm inside. Training for cph is cold and dark (I was only able to train in the evenings) but when I trained for Berlin in the autumn, the situation was different. Light and warm. So I decided that if I'm going to run a marathon this year too, it's going to be Berlin. An added bonus of Berlin is that it's a huge party with people cheering and encouraging you all 42 kms, whereas cph is more or less the opposite.
