10x fav! Oh definitely... they bike in all kinda of madness weather wise in Europe. I only bike, some people find this impressive. However *I* find *this* impressive.

Must admit I was inside a car, which is quite unusual for me. I hate driving and don't if I can help it. Plus driving in Paris normally is sheer hell, so you can imagine what driving in Paris in the snow can be.
Lots of bikes in Paris these days. We have system that allows you to rent bikes. I'll have to get a photo of that. You rent the bike and leave it wherever you are going, then you rent another one to get back home. Or take the métro

I hate driving too and since it's inevitable where I live, it sucks! I love this photo by the way. I wish we had Vélib here too but being LA, I'm sure they'd all be stolen before you can even rent one!

I like the focus on the raindrops on the window and the not-so-focused bicycle and trees. Lovely picture that captures Paris and the cold day.

@islandbanshee, they steal Vélib here too. Mairie de Paris even have a poster describing vélib 'bandits' as devils ;)
