In my opinion the hand on the right is to distracting. It is big, bright and quite sharp. I would darken and blur it and try to focus on the face. That should IMHO be the brightest part. Maybe even cropping of part of the hand would help. Darkening the corners, vignetting, might give an interesting effect also to this picture.
