I was asking the exact same question here :)
With assistance I've found some more information (social media is excellent for asking questions :)).
Though not 100% verifiable, this is most likely a part of a area improvement project in the Nørrebro district in Copenhagen. The project is called 'Superkilen' (lit.: 'The Super Quoin') and this is (my translation of) the official introduction:

"The Super Quoin is designed to be a park, which radiates diversity. The park is meant to be a form of world expo of utility items and exciting objects from all over the globe."

The items and objects are choosen from input from the general public - this chart shows some of the items that will be placed. The sign is probably procured from your workplace.
