opened in 1924, this former movie palace operated successfully for decades, until it closed sometime during the 1970's. In 1985, it was purchased by the city of San Diego, who planned to eventually restore the theater.

This one works because of the shape of the building. Lovely hue you've got it to be. It might work better landscape with the top and bottom cropped.
