i agree with you marie, it took me a while to get used to whole wheat pasta, this kind is actually "lighter" than some other brands i have tried... but the consistency is thicker indeed, what i do, is try to mix it with vegetables and a chunckier pasta sauce, that way is not as heavy... i try to eat the whole wheat kind mostly but when i really want to treat myself, and i make some good pasta sauce then i just use regular pasta, is not as "healthy" but i agree is tastier ;)... and istoyanov you should share with us some of your crazy experiments/recipes!
