Do you like whole wheat pasta? I have trouble getting used to the taste... I know it's healthy and all, but still. It helps to coock the whole wheat pasta longer, but they still have that "heavy" taste.
What do you think?

I just like *every* kind of pasta -- each of them has it's own taste/character and that's the fun of it! Plus, if I'm not completely happy with some taste during my experiments I still can rely on the dressing/sauce to save the dish;)

i agree with you marie, it took me a while to get used to whole wheat pasta, this kind is actually "lighter" than some other brands i have tried... but the consistency is thicker indeed, what i do, is try to mix it with vegetables and a chunckier pasta sauce, that way is not as heavy... i try to eat the whole wheat kind mostly but when i really want to treat myself, and i make some good pasta sauce then i just use regular pasta, is not as "healthy" but i agree is tastier ;)... and istoyanov you should share with us some of your crazy experiments/recipes!
