hey Jordi, if you see, there is a 1st step and then just *carefully* climbing on the thing

i always wanted to get mine shoes cleaned but it is mostly a male custom, you usually don't see women using the 'cleaning shoe services', men usually read the newspaper while they get the shoes clean, a neat tradition i think
