Dearest Bere, this series is amazing!! I love your angles and the light! Although the topic is really sad, as you and Marina said..tonight I am going to watch a Berlinale Movie which is about the border(the conversation with you both inspired me :) ), or more the people living near to it..some "phantasy thriller", "Sleep dealer". I'm very curious!

very very interesting! so did you watch the film? what do you think? i will try to find it here, since it is such a close issue for me! i am mexican-american so this issue goes straight to my heart... new mexican cinema is just great, huh? glad you got to watch it Feli, now i would like to hear your opinion on it!

Go ahead, watch it, when you can! The conservation with you both was the reason, that I began to get interested in the topic. And so I just took the chance when I saw the film description of "Sleep Dealers". I liked it a lot, although the ending wasn't very logic..When you like movies like bladerunner or Existenz etc., where they mix a realistic scene with a science-fiction in near future, you will like it.
I just found that video, it shows a really funny idea: Apart from the actor of "Sleep Dealers" (nice to see him again ;) ) it shows stencils which come to live and move to the song! So, that was really something for me :) and connecting to the movie...

oh feli thank you! here at work that site is locked grrrr, but later from home
and yes i hear you with sci-fi or mixed genre films, sometimes the stories make not much sense but the whole concept is what matters i guess... what can i say? i love David Lynch films that are the most illogical thing in the world
as i find more related to this issue i will make sure to send it to you!
