Was just watching a telly programme with a bucnh of shots like this; alternative centre of perspective and all that, I won't pretend to understand it but it looks nice.

hi ethan, to confess i don't understand them either ;)... i started doing stuff like that just to get more room into the frame of the camera, (i bet you are familiar with that tendency to capture anything and everything around heh heh), and always a diagonal shot includes more than a vertical or horizontal, and instead of rotating them back i just kept them like that, now i find them ‘easier’

O, b! So glad you said that up there! I take a lot of angle shots, too (as you may have already guessed) and for the very same reason! Plus, I'm not too good at verticals/horizontals.

OH MY GOD!!! This church was across the street from the house I stayed at!!! I remember because I so liked the pink ceiling. It's very beautiful when you see it from the inside...
