Very nicely done, also the composition.

The downsampling makes all the oblique lines jaggy, but the clickthrough is perfect.

Thank you mramshaw! I had the camera on a neck strap and held it
against my chest while I pressed the shutter (less obtrusive than
holding the camera to my eye), so the composition is mostly luck!
I did aim for the lady in red and I did purposely choose a wide angle
setting on my small and unobtrusive kit lens (EF-S 18-55).

No false modesty! If you take enough pictures you will of course get lucky from time to time.

I think her expression says she has spotted you, but the picture still works.

Apparently rotating viewfinders on the superzooms are good for taking candid pictures from waist level, I will have to try that sometime.
