What a view! How convenient, someone has cut steps in that rock!

Would you say these are a type of basalt column arrangement? Seems so to my uneducated eye.

Of course, I trot up those steps every time I visit here! (nose getting longer as I type!).
It's all granite, Diane and you will have seen some of the fantastic forms granite can take from some of my other posts on Pano in particular, but some on ip too. I will have to dig some out or, better still, go back up there and take a few more (but it will have to wait for a mild spell!).
