I now collect macbook boxes. Or.... or! After 5 weeks and 1 day I finally got a replacement for the macbook a co-worker killed with coffee. It took the Apple service center over 4 weeks to declare the machine totalled (completely unacceptable) and then 5 days for the insurance company to take care of business. Of course the store didn't have the model I needed in stock - and they couldn't tell me when they would get it - so I bit the bullet and paid the difference to get the next model up. I was not going to wait anymore!

I'm just happy that it's all over... and that my apartment has that new computer smell again!

mmmm... new Apple smell, makes you forget, makes you forgive mmmm...

Hey, why the f**k are you buying your stuff in Fona (I terms of customer service, they really suck!)

The Fona guy is the only guy who hasn't disappointed me in this whole debacle. It was Humac who took more than 4 weeks to open the machine and classify it as "totally dead like". The Fona guy has been great at pushing things through the pipes faster. A++++ seller, would buy again!!!!!!1

The reason I chose Fona is: When I bought the first machine there was no Humac store in Aalborg and the only options for buying a mac were Fona and Electric City. Fona is located in the city center and Electric city is... not. So when one doesn't have a car...

Now that there's a Humac store in Aalborg, I'll probably still go to Fona just to avoid giving Humac any money. Bastards.
