It's the second time I mess up this ankle and it doesn't hurt as much as first time. It was nearly ok again and then I had to speed run without looking out for the curbs. Stupid me. Talk about hubris...

...and thanks for tip re Arnica. Didn't know it but I'll try it if the pain gets worse.

oohhh yeah.. I know, I'm an expert on beating my self on the same spot twice or more in a short period of time... It is like some sort of magnetism.. hehehe

you can get it in tincture, cream, gel or the plant it self you can boil the leaves and put them directly to the area (doesn't matter if there's a scratch in there) will sore a little bit, but it is really effective :) and make it heal faster (:
