Barely. Here in Barcelona we have "small" problems with real state speculation. You can see paintings like this appear suddenly after some old building is demolished, ever being the subject some neighbour.

Kind of urban legend. ;-)

Sadly not, Feli. It degraded very quickly, I had the feeling that it was drawn with carbon or some kind of giant pencil.
