Dancing?... I should say "Quietly sleeping and maybe dancing in her dreams and the tiny salamander was watching her adorable smile..."

This is one sculpture of a group which is arranged in a circle.
They are inspired by H. C. Andersens fairy tale "Dance of the Elves".

But I prefer your interpretation.

When I saw this, I thought: "Oh girl, you can't breath with the head in the stone..." ;-)
