using crème de la crème of the g5 apples at work... its always an adventure (absolutely LOVE the sudden crashes, and black-outs) makes me so bored of using my custom designed-running for 121 days w/out log-out-xfce system at home. w/all that free software, which is too, customized for performance. YUCK! why does linux exist!?

I am surprised how similar this looks to the mac environment, but must ask, why would you WANT it to look like a mac?

Hi Erik, as I explained in the relevant blog post, mostly "because I can". Or in other words, to test the limits of Xfce's customizability :)

Great! I am doing up an iBook Clamshell and intend to put Xubuntu on it to get rid of Panther. This theme is perfect! I can use a modern Linux system with all the basics of the eyecandy from Leopard. Good job! I appreciate it very much!

This is why I absolutely LOVE GNU/Shitnux! You can turn the hideous default interface into a less-hideous interface with only a little bit of tweaking. In a word….freedom.
