Detox foot pads
I am of the opinion that detox foot pads are unlikely to be harmful but also can have a placebo effect. The pores of the soles of people's feet are the same size as those on their faces. The pads are adhesive and cover the soles of feet and seals it for the duration of the night. It encourages sweating and stimulates sweat glands to increase.
