Such a nice colour :-)
What will you make of it?

We simply shred it, cook it and put some salt, pepper and caraway in. Usually we don't add anything else. Many restaurants here add chestnuts - which is excellent, too.
Sometimes we eat it raw as a salad - very fresh and yummy.
---> And always that wonderful colour!

That sounds good.
Have you ever made coleslaw with it? It's tasty and very colourful (and most kids like it)... I make it with red cabbage, carrots, sesame seeds (popped), mayo, greek yoghurt, salt and pepper and some lemon juice.
