View down Moerike Street to the round transformer station. There is a certain mystery about it, supposed to be the real round tower Adolf Schuhman as pupil was involved with the design, as opposed to the Constance Moeriketurm. The later he has not built after all, its only noted in his vita, but not on the famous landmark's own page. Anyway, round trafo stations are unusal and notable as well. / Blick die Moerikestrasse hinunter zum runden Trafoturm. Es gibt da eine seltsame Geschichte ueber eine Ungereintheit in der Wikipedia. Der Adolf Schuhmann soll den entworfen haben. Dem Konstanzer Moeriketurm hat er naemlich nicht gebaut, wie es richtig auf des Turmes eigener Seite steht, falsch jedoch in der kurzen Vita des Mannes. Trotzdem, runde Trafohaeusle sieht man nicht alle Tage, das ist auch etwas ganz besonderes. |
