I heared of such before, but I thought ist for upscale e-bikes and wildly expensive brand name sport rides. This is a wire donkey with a retro skirt frame for schoolgirls and women on town errands, unlikely someone pays for more security than a 'great mechanical lock a strong lad cant remove in a few seconds with cutting pliars.
More than anything, I was saying that in jest as news of GPS directions sending drivers into lakes, ponds, and dead-end roads isn't all that uncommon ;) I guess my humor attempt took a wrong turn, too.... It's not funny when the joke has to be explained... LOL! Forget I said anything ;)
I hate cellphones and would probaply not even realize when loosing mine as I never use it for anything at all but dragging it around just in case. It has no material value anyway unless it becomes a collectible antiquity one day ( Motorolla C200). Even so if I switch it on and go up and down a bit some automate voice will at once phone me and tell me that I am close to the border where an outside EU rate applies -- the joys of living some 3-4 km to swizzerland .... and also a case of owning something with a GPS sans brains.
