Well, if I was a frog I'd not be amused either, but as a human I am always happy if I meet one of them. Snakes are a sort of rare and exiting sight here abouts, and this little guy perched even stiffly in semi-clear water with an anchor pose looking at a few potential victims so I could take a pic of all of it. Normally if you see one on the water so close, it feels disturbed and starts running away, all head and ripples.
