In the former altar room and baptismal chapel. Once this was the Altar of the Loewental monastry church, made in 1684, and sold 1806 by the house of Wuertemberg to Brochenzell. The old church of Saint Jacob was enlarged in the 70s in a very innovative way, do the old nave is now a very spacious altar room and the old altar toom is allowed to exist in a pristine pre VaticanII state with exception of the central baptismal / Im ehemaligen Altarraum, der heutigen Taufkapelle. Das ist der alte Haupaltar vom Kloster Loewental, 1684 hergestellt und bei der Klosteraufloesung von den Wuerttembergs nach Brochenzell verkauft. Die alte Jakobskirche wurde in den 70er Jahren recht orginell erweitert, so dass das alte Kirchenschiff heute als Altarraum dient und der vormalige Altarraum ganz unberuehrt von liturgischen modernisierungen wie einem Volksaltar geblieben ist, nur das gut dazu passende alte Taufbecken hat er zentral davor gesetzt bekommen.
