I dont know through how many reincarnations of wooden doors the old stone portal went, but that hinges seem industrial ware to me, not really new, but the basic type sans decorations or any gram iron to much you needed to coat so it would not rust like mad and that was still standard at the hardware store into the first half of the 20th century.
